Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) is a national program that Colorado adopted in 2000. NFP is a free, voluntary program that pairs nurse home visitors with first time moms, from pregnancy until her baby turns two, although the results of this partnership will stay with a family for a lifetime. MECC’s Coordinator, Vangi McCoy, is the only early childhood representative on their team.
