On 9/23/15 a free screening of the Signature Episode of the Raising of America PBS series was hosted by MECC at the Sunflower Theatre in Cortez, attended by many community leaders from our area. Appetizers were provided by Loungin’ Lizard, Pepperheads, and Stonefish Sushi. After the screening an informal discussion was held to generate actions we can take to support our young children during these critical years.
