CATCH Early Childhood Training

The evidence-based CATCH Early Childhood (CEC) program is designed to nurture a love of physical activity, provide an introduction to classroom-based gardening and nutrition, and encourage healthy eating in children ages 3-5. Little ones are motivated to walk, run, jump, dance and move their whole bodies while playing and having fun.

It is FREE and there is funding to help support travel, including lodging for those coming from afar!!

Please note there are two flyers – the first day is for anyone working with young children and additionally, days two and three (½ day) take what is presented in day one further and is a train the trainer model.
