Early Childhood Mental Health Specialist (ECMHS)
MECC is currently accepting applications for an Early Childhood Mental Health Specialist (ECMHS) to provide early childhood mental health consultation services to child care programs in Montezuma and Dolores Counties.
This position will provide consultation, coaching, training and education to families and early learning programs throughout Montezuma and Dolores Counties. The ECMHS focuses on developing and strengthening the social emotional skills of young children through timely screening and assessment, increasing the parent and the early learning provider’s ability to manage challenging behaviors, and providing outreach and connecting families to other community resources.
This is a full time position and compensation is dependent on experience.

Butler Child Development Center has an opening for a full time Preschool Teacher. This position, with supervision and direction of the immediate supervisor as needed, plans and directs interactions with children in activities designed to promote social, physical, and intellectual growth of children. Minimum of AA/BA in Early Childhood Education or related degree with a minimum of 18 credit hours in ECE specific coursework & a minimum of 1 year experience working with children required.
