Early Childhood Mental Health Specialist (ECMHS)
MECC is currently accepting applications for an Early Childhood Mental Health Specialist (ECMHS) to provide early childhood mental health consultation services to child care programs in Montezuma and Dolores Counties.
This position will provide consultation, coaching, training and education to families and early learning programs throughout Montezuma and Dolores Counties. The ECMHS focuses on developing and strengthening the social emotional skills of young children through timely screening and assessment, increasing the parent and the early learning provider’s ability to manage challenging behaviors, and providing outreach and connecting families to other community resources. Successful candidate must have a masters degree and be licensable.
This is a full time position and compensation is dependent on experience.
