No Image AvailableNon-profit corporation of adult volunteers and professional staff is dedicated to providing an umbrella of prevention and intervention services to meet the needs of at-risk youth in Montezuma County, primarily through mentoring relationships. Referrals of at-risk youth who have been identified by professional people in the community are accepted into the mentoring program. Youth may be considered “at-risk” for factors such as drug/alcohol abuse, school drop out, teen pregnancy, homelessness, running away, criminal behaviors, mental health issues, school failure, or abuse (physical, emotional, sexual, etc). Juvenile Diversion youth are referred by law enforcement or the District Attorney. Alternatives to Incarceration youth are referred by law enforcement or through the Juvenile Court Judge. Mentoring and Alternatives to Incarceration Programs are free. There is a supervision fee of $35 for the Diversion Program/
