Quality of life is improved by enabling all people to exercise individual choice in their own reproductive health. Low-cost birth control is available. Breast, pelvic exams, pap smears, and possibly annual mammograms are offered to women 40-64 for free if guidelines are met. Service is available to men and women of any age and any income level. Fees for services are based upon income and family size, and a sliding fee scale is used for all services. Medicaid and some insurances are accepted.
