No Image AvailableThis program offers assistance for families in Dolores and Montezuma counties who have developmental concerns regarding their children ages 0-3. Coordination of resources is provided for developmental screening and assessment, supports and information, and early intervention services. All children are eligible for free developmental screening. Home visits and regularly scheduled community screenings are available. Early intervention services, for children deemed eligible through the intake and assessment process, are provided at no cost to families.
