Family practice community health clinic is always accepting new patients of all ages. All insurances, Medicare, Medicaid, CHP+ accepted, uninsured, indigent, and non-documented clients served. Mercy Hospital lab draw station on site. Must have an appointment – not a walk-in clinic.

Hours 8 AM – 5 PM Monday through Friday, closed for lunch
