No Image AvailableIndividuals whose disabilities result in barriers to employment to succeed at work and live independently are assisted. Individual must live withing Archuleta, Dolores, La Plata, Montezuma or San Juan County and have a significant physical or mental impairment that is preventing him or her from returning to work. Eligible individuals must have a need for vocational services and clear and convincing evidence must exist that he or she can gain employment. Cost of service is dependent upon income.

Pilot Projects: Developmentally Disabled Project, Homeless Project
Migrant Seasonal Farm Workers Program
