Housing assistance provided to low-income families, the disabled, and the elderly in Dolores, La Plata, and Montezuma counties. Eligibility is determined by total family income. Applications are initiated in person at agency office, and require information on income and family size. Contracts are normally written with one-year lease.

Section 8: Clients may choose Section 8 waiting list, which requires client locate own rental unit with agreement from landlord to accept contract with MCHA
Rental Listings: Rental units listed voluntarily by landlords

Hours 9 AM – 3 PM Monday through Thursday, 9 AM – 12 Noon Friday, closed for lunch
