Family Support Services » Disability Services

Families in Archuleta, Dolores, La Plata, Montezuma, and San Juan counties are assisted in seeking financial resources, with the goal of keeping the individual with disabilities living in the family unit. Eligibility is determined by state regulations, which require using results of psychological testing which may indicate the presence of developmental disabilities including cognitive or other developmental delays.
